对鼻过敏原激发试验（Nasal Allergen Challenge, NAC）与环境暴露激发试验（Environmental Exposure Challenge, EEC）开展直接对比后发现，二者诱导的临床应答的动力学特征与强度存在差异，但免疫应答水平相当，提示两种激发方法所诱导的生物学通路具有相似性。试验整体设计：本研究从猫过敏的ITN受试者中采集鼻刷样本，采集时点分别为基线期（过敏原暴露前）、鼻过敏原激发试验（NAC）暴露后8小时，以及环境暴露激发试验（EEC）暴露后8小时。本研究采用交叉试验设计。
