对鼻过敏原激发试验(Nasal Allergen Challenge, NAC)与环境暴露激发试验(Environmental Exposure Challenge, EEC)开展直接对比后发现,二者诱导的临床应答的动力学特征与强度存在差异,但免疫应答水平相当,提示两种激发方法所诱导的生物学通路具有相似性。试验整体设计:本研究从猫过敏的ITN受试者中采集鼻刷样本,采集时点分别为基线期(过敏原暴露前)、鼻过敏原激发试验(NAC)暴露后8小时,以及环境暴露激发试验(EEC)暴露后8小时。本研究采用交叉试验设计。
