Spatiotemporal distributions of mammals occurring in an agro-prairie ecosystem

This database includes camera trap data from 381 sites (Fig. 1) containing a total of 31,227 mammal records from 24 species (Table 1) over 27,954 camera-traps/night during 2018 (n = 10,351), 2019 (n = 9,478), and 2020 (n = 8,125). Additionally, we include local-scale (0.25 ha) habitat covariates (i.e., vegetation height, and percentage of forbs, agriculture, grass, bare ground, shrubs) around each camera trap site that can be included in various habitat-use analyses.本数据库涵盖了来自381个监测站位（图1）的红外相机（camera trap）监测数据，在总计27954个相机夜的监测周期内，累计收录了24种哺乳动物的31227条观测记录（表1），相关数据覆盖2018年（n=10351）、2019年（n=9478）与2020年（n=8125）。此外，本数据集还包含每个红外相机站位周边局域尺度（0.25公顷）范围内的生境协变量，具体包括植被高度、杂类草占比、农田占比、草本植物占比、裸地占比及灌丛占比，此类变量可用于各类生境利用分析。
