Through performing ChIP-seq on ASR3 overexpressing transgenic plants, we analyzed the binding sites of ASR3 on the whole genome. 4 ChIP-seq libraries were sequenced.本研究通过对过表达ASR3的转基因植株进行染色质免疫共沉淀测序（ChIP-seq），分析了ASR3在全基因组范围内的结合位点，并对4个ChIP-seq文库完成了测序。
