This shapefile contains results of the field snow survey from the territory of LLP “North Kazakhstan Agricultural Experimental Station” located in the North Kazakhstan Region. <br> Snow thickness was measured with a metal ruler with a 1-mm scale and the density of snow was calculated with the use of the weight snow gauge VS-43M. The actual snow density (ρ) was calculated from the mass (m) of snow, the snow depth (SD) and the area of the VS-43М weight snow gauge cylinder (S).

本形状文件（shapefile）收录了位于北哈萨克斯坦州的LLP"北哈萨克斯坦农业试验站"辖区内的野外积雪调查成果。积雪厚度采用刻度精度为1毫米的金属直尺开展测量，积雪密度则借助VS-43M型称重式雪量计进行计算。实际积雪密度（ρ）通过积雪质量（m）、积雪深度（SD）以及VS-43M型称重式雪量计圆筒的横截面积（S）计算得出。
