The comprehensive analysis of kidney biopsy specimen demonstrated different gene expression profile, potential pathologic ligand-receptor crosstalk, signaling pathways in human IgAN. These results offer new insight into pathogenesis and identify new therapeutic targets for patients with IgA nephropathy. Overall design: Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) was applied to kidney biopsies from 4 IgAN and 1 control subjects to define the transcriptomic landscape at the single-cell resolution.
对肾脏活检标本的综合分析揭示了人类IgA肾病(IgAN)中存在差异化基因表达谱、潜在病理性配体-受体串扰及信号通路特征。本研究结果为IgA肾病的发病机制提供了新的见解,并为该病患者确定了新型治疗靶点。实验设计:本研究采用单细胞RNA测序(Single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq)技术,对4例IgAN患者与1例对照受试者的肾脏活检标本进行测序,以解析单细胞分辨率下的转录组全貌。
