Gene expression variation in relation to bifenthrin resistance

This project aimed to investigate gene expression changes associated with pyrethroid resistance via differential gene expresson analysis on a panel of bifenthrin resistant and susceptible strains. To do this, illumina RNA-seq data was collected from the highly pyrethroid resistant strain MR-VL and the pyrethroid susceptible strains EL-Juan and UK4.

本研究旨在通过对一组联苯菊酯（bifenthrin）抗性与敏感品系开展差异基因表达分析（differential gene expression analysis），探究与拟除虫菊酯（pyrethroid）抗性相关的基因表达变化。为此，本研究从高拟除虫菊酯抗性品系MR-VL，以及拟除虫菊酯敏感品系EL-Juan和UK4中采集了Illumina RNA测序（Illumina RNA-seq）数据。
