RNA-Seq on common bacterial pathogens in the presence vs absence of a variety of antibiotics. Two susceptible and two resistant isolates were exposed to antibiotics in laboratory culture, total RNA was extracted at various timepoints from cultures with and without antibiotics, and cDNA libraries were prepared for Illumina sequencing.

本数据集针对多种抗生素存在与缺失条件下的常见细菌性致病菌开展RNA测序（RNA-Seq）分析。研究选取两株敏感分离株与两株耐药分离株，在实验室培养条件下对其施加抗生素处理；随后于多个时间点分别从施加与未施加抗生素的培养物中提取总RNA，并构建互补脱氧核糖核酸（complementary DNA，cDNA）文库以用于Illumina测序。
