Chronic kidney disease anaemia burden: service availability and residual phenotypes — reproducibility materials

Reproducibility materials for a country-level ecological cross-sectional study linking 2021 Global Burden of Disease estimates of CKD-associated anaemia with anaemia-management service availability reported in the International Society of Nephrology Global Kidney Health Atlas 2023. The archive contains analysis-ready country-level datasets, reproducibility scripts, locked numerical outputs, validation targets, and the final R workflow for Figure 1–3 and Supplementary Figure S1–S4. The primary analysis includes 156 countries; the full-availability extension includes 114 countries reporting iron-parameter testing, parenteral iron, and erythropoiesis-stimulating agents as generally available.
