RNA-seq analysis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis response to threonine auxotrophic starvation

Time-course transcriptional profiling of the methionine auxotroph M. tuberculosis H37Rv ΔthrB during threonine starvation RNA-Seq analysis of H37Rv∆thrB transcriptomic response during threonine starvation. Total RNA samples collected for extraction and analysis before starvation and at 1 and 2 days post starvation initiation.

本数据集针对苏氨酸饥饿条件下的蛋氨酸营养缺陷型结核分枝杆菌（M. tuberculosis）H37Rv ΔthrB开展时间进程转录组谱分析，并通过RNA测序（RNA-Seq）解析该菌株在苏氨酸饥饿过程中的转录组响应。实验分别在饥饿启动前、饥饿启动后1天和2天收集总RNA样本，用于后续提取与分析。
