Mtail-Seq For Early Stage Mouse Embryos (Internal Id: Ms85)

This dataset contains the raw sequencing data from an mTAIL-seq run for mouse embryos. The cluster intensities of fluorescence signals are repacked as an HDF5 formatted file, then split into multiple parts to fit in the dataset size limitation of the Zenodo.本数据集包含针对小鼠胚胎的一次mTAIL-seq测序实验所产生的原始测序数据。实验所得荧光信号的簇强度经重新打包为HDF5格式文件后，被拆分为多个分卷以适配Zenodo平台的数据集大小限制。
