Gene expression levels od Troponin T Amino Acid Mutation (ΔK 210) Knock-in Mice as a Neonatal Dilated Cardiomyopathy Model at 0day and 1week after birth

Cardiac phenotypes of homozygous ΔK210 knock-in (TNNT2ΔK210/ΔK210) mice including comprehensive gene expression profiles were investigated to establish an animal model of neonatal DCM and to identify early progression factors of pediatric DCM.本研究针对纯合ΔK210敲入（TNNT2ΔK210/ΔK210）小鼠的心脏表型（包含全面的基因表达谱）展开探究，旨在建立新生儿扩张型心肌病（Dilated Cardiomyopathy，DCM）的动物模型，并鉴定小儿扩张型心肌病的早期进展因子。
