We performed single nuclei RNA-sequencing (snRNA-seq) with matched T cell receptor sequencing (TCR-seq), pool matched low pass whole genome sequencing (WGS) and single-cell spatial transcriptomics of 12 treatment-naïve non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) primary tumors (PTs) and 31 treatment-naïve NSCLC brain metastases (BMs) . In total, we recovered 277,206 cell transcriptomes in 43 samples. We performed matched spatial sequencing using SlideSeq2 on 14 snRNA-seq samples. 本研究针对12例初治非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)原发肿瘤(PTs)及31例初治非小细胞肺癌脑转移瘤(BMs),开展了单细胞核RNA测序(single nuclei RNA-sequencing, snRNA-seq),并配套实施了匹配型T细胞受体测序(T cell receptor sequencing, TCR-seq)、混合匹配低覆盖度全基因组测序(whole genome sequencing, WGS)与单细胞空间转录组学检测。
本研究共从43份样本中获取了277,206个细胞转录组。
针对其中14个单细胞核RNA测序样本,本研究采用SlideSeq2技术完成了匹配型空间测序。
本研究还对12例初治非小细胞肺癌原发肿瘤与31例初治非小细胞肺癌脑转移瘤的277,206个细胞完成了单细胞核RNA测序。
