Regarding the Bulk-RNA Seq matrix of the fluorescent mouse model with the Cγ1Cre mTmG system under immunization

By immunizing fluorescent mice with the c - γ -1CRE mTmG system, Bulk-RNA sequencing was performed on the corresponding immune cells at different sites to analyze the dynamic expression patterns of the corresponding genes.本研究采用c-γ-1CRE mTmG系统对荧光小鼠进行免疫接种，随后对不同部位的对应免疫细胞开展批量RNA测序（Bulk-RNA sequencing），以分析相关基因的动态表达模式。
