Fungal species tree

A set of alignment and tree files of the fungal phylogeny using publicly available fungal genomes. Files were generated using a concatenated set of 238 single copy orthologs detected using the BUSCO ancestral sequences for fungi and the genblastg tool. Alignments were built using mafft and trees constructed using FastTree2. The Astral2 program was used to create a coalescent species tree to compare to the concatenated gene tree. <br>

本数据集包含依托公开可用真菌基因组构建的真菌系统发育比对文件与树文件集合。所有文件基于238个单拷贝直系同源基因（single copy orthologs）的串联集生成，这些同源基因通过针对真菌的BUSCO祖先序列与genblastg工具完成检测。序列比对文件通过mafft工具构建，系统发育树则由FastTree2工具生成。本数据集使用Astral2程序构建了溯祖物种树，用于与串联基因树开展对比分析。
