Data Set for TFL and ASP

The data set is the collation of data collected to study the effect of tranformational leadership on academic staff performance. The study was conducted in the private universities in Southwest Nigeria in 2024.本数据集为研究变革型领导（transformational leadership）对学术职员绩效的影响而收集整理所得的相关数据。该研究于2024年在尼日利亚西南部的私立大学中开展。
