This dataset focuses on the optimization of threespine stickleback genome assembly and the mapping of adaptive traits. It includes linkage map data constructed via Genotyping-by-Sequencing (GBS), which is used to anchor and adjust genomic scaffolds to improve assembly completeness. Additionally, it contains QTL mapping results for evolutionary traits such as the number of lateral plates and gill raker length, revealing the genetic basis of adaptive traits. Data from the Glazer et al. 2015 G3 study are included in this dataset.
