Gene and TE annotation - Merenciano 2023

Gene and TE annotation for wild-type strains of D. melanogaster and D. simulans. Both genomes were annotated with liftoff v.1.6.3, parameters -a 0.5 -s 0.75 -exclude_partial. For D. melanogaster, we used reference genome from flybase r6.16; and for D. simulans we used ref genome from flybase r2.02 D. melanogaster Tropical region (São José do Rio Preto - Brazil): -dmsj23 -dmsj7 D. melanogaster Temperate region (Gotheron - France): -dmgoth101 -dmgoth63 D. simulans Tropical region (São José do Rio Preto - Brazil): -dssj9 -dssj27 D. simulans Temperate region (Gotheron - France): -dsgoth31 -dsgoth613黑腹果蝇（D. melanogaster）与拟果蝇（D. simulans）野生型菌株的基因及转座因子（Transposable Element, TE）注释数据集。 两个物种的基因组均使用Liftoff v1.6.3进行注释，所用参数为`-a 0.5 -s 0.75 -exclude_partial`。其中黑腹果蝇的参考基因组采用FlyBase r6.16版本，拟果蝇的参考基因组采用FlyBase r2.02版本。 黑腹果蝇热带种群（巴西圣若泽杜里约普雷托）： -dmsj23 -dmsj7 黑腹果蝇温带种群（法国戈泰勒）： -dmgoth101 -dmgoth63 拟果蝇热带种群（巴西圣若泽杜里约普雷托）： -dssj9 -dssj27 拟果蝇温带种群（法国戈泰勒）： -dsgoth31 -dsgoth613
