Materials, data and code for "Specifying large language model–based virtual patients for clinical psychology"

Materials, data and code for two computational studies in which three open language models, run locally with Ollama, played four virtual patient cases written in three formats and at three symptom levels (324 conversations per study). Includes case files, prompts, settings and lock files, all programs, Study 1 item-level results, all Study 2 conversations with every request and response, analysis outputs, the programs for the article's figures, tables and exploratory analyses, and four reproducibility checks. OCI-R item texts are not included for copyright reasons. See README.md.
