The Lutz tower was built in 1972 and was originally 42m. In 2002 it was
increased to 48m
巴罗科罗拉多岛（Barro Colorado Island，BCI）卢茨集水区观测塔。
观测点位坐标：北纬9°9′42.36″，西经79°50′15.67″。
采用干湿球湿度计法开展观测，获取每日干湿球温度与相对湿度数据，观测频率约为每周3至5次。
卢茨集水区是位于巴罗科罗拉多岛境内的9.73公顷保护流域。
卢茨观测塔始建于1972年，初始塔高为42米，2002年加高至48米。
