Strigolactones are plant hormone that regulates the diverse physiological phenomena such as shoot branching, root hair elongation, lateral root formation and some stress responses. To examine the function of SL in gene expression level, we performed the mRNA-seq analysis for Arabidopsis thaliana max1-1 mutant, which is one of the strigolactone deficient mutants.

独脚金内酯（Strigolactones）是一类调控多种生理现象的植物激素，其调控范围涵盖枝条分枝、根毛伸长、侧根形成以及部分胁迫响应。为了在基因表达水平上探究独脚金内酯的生物学功能，我们针对独脚金内酯缺陷突变体之一的拟南芥（Arabidopsis thaliana）max1-1突变体开展了mRNA-seq分析。
