Metagenomic and metatranscriptomic data generated from total DNA and RNA preparations from three habitats in Yellowstone National Park geothermal springs. The sites were at Lemonade Creek and include the creek biofilm, acidic soils, and adjacent endolithic habitats.

本数据集包含从黄石国家公园（Yellowstone National Park）地热泉的三种生境的总DNA与RNA提取物中获取的宏基因组（Metagenomic）及宏转录组（Metatranscriptomic）数据。所有采样点均位于柠檬水溪（Lemonade Creek）区域，覆盖溪流生物膜、酸性土壤及相邻岩石内生境三类生境。
