In cystic fibrosis (CF), chronic Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection of the lower respiratory tract is associated with epithelial inflammation that eventually causes tissue damage. To identify the molecular determinants of an effective response to P. aeruginosa infection, we performed a transcriptomic analysis of primary human bronchial epithelial cells from healthy donors (CTRL) 2, 4, and 6 h after induced P. aeruginosa infection.
在囊性纤维化(cystic fibrosis, CF)中,下呼吸道的慢性铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)感染可诱发上皮炎症,最终造成组织损伤。为明确机体针对铜绿假单胞菌感染产生有效应答的分子决定因素,我们对健康供体来源的原代人支气管上皮细胞(primary human bronchial epithelial cells, CTRL)在经体外诱导的铜绿假单胞菌感染后2、4、6小时开展了转录组分析(transcriptomic analysis)。
