The dataset includes XPS spectra of Al2O3/5%Cu catalyst sintered under air atmosphere. Samples were produced using aqueous soft chemistry methods and incipient wettness impregnation using nitrate solution. The XPS spectra were collected for all species. Description of the procedure: X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy analysis (XPS) was performed using X-ray photoelectron spectrometer Omnicron NanoTechnology with 128-channel collector. XPS measurements were undertaken in ultra-high vacuum conditions, below 1.1x10-8 mbar. Photoelectrons were excited by an Mg-Kα X-ray source with X-ray anode operated at 15 keV and 300 W

本数据集收录了在空气气氛下烧结的Al₂O₃/5%Cu催化剂的X射线光电子能谱(X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy, XPS)。样品采用水相软化学法制备,并通过硝酸盐溶液进行初湿浸渍法负载。本次测试针对所有元素物种采集了对应的XPS能谱。测试流程详述如下:使用搭载128通道收集器的Omnicron NanoTechnology X射线光电子能谱仪开展X射线光电子能谱分析;测试在低于1.1×10⁻⁸毫巴的超高真空环境下进行;光电子由工作电压15 keV、功率300 W的Mg-Kα X射线源激发。
