本研究成功构建耐药HCT116细胞系，并对该细胞系中细胞内RNA与外泌体RNA的环状RNA(circular RNA)表达谱进行对比分析。本实验设置双实验条件：外泌体RNA(exosomal RNA, exoR)与细胞内RNA(cellular RNA, cellR)，每组均设置3次独立培养并收获的生物学重复(biological replicates)。
