本发明属于膜材料技术领域,具体涉及一种醋酸纤维素复合透析膜及其制备方法。所述醋酸纤维素复合透析膜的制备方法:以醋酸纤维素为原料,以ZIF一67@GO为改性剂,采用浸没沉淀相转化法改性而得。本发明选用超声溶剂热法制备ZIF-67@GO,利用ZIF-67多孔结构、比表面积大等特点,对GO进行共混改性,改善其易于团聚的问题,增大氧化石墨烯的工作面积,有效提高醋酸纤维素透析膜的亲水性和水通量,同时增强复合膜的强度,所得的复合透析膜抗污染能力也得到提高。本发明提供的共混改性方法能够充分发挥GO的性能优势,且改性操作简单、成本低;所得改性复合透析膜具有良好的亲水性和抗污染能力、通量大,机械强度高,可以有效延长膜的使用寿命。

In this invention, ZIF-67@GO is prepared through the ultrasonic solvothermal method. By utilizing the porous structure and large specific surface area of ZIF-67, blending modification is conducted on graphene oxide (GO) to alleviate its agglomeration tendency, expand the effective working area of GO, effectively improve the hydrophilicity and water flux of the cellulose acetate dialysis membrane, and enhance the mechanical strength of the composite membrane. The antifouling capability of the resulting composite dialysis membrane is also improved.
The blending modification method provided by this invention can fully exert the performance advantages of GO, with simple modification operations and low cost. The obtained modified composite dialysis membrane features excellent hydrophilicity, antifouling capability, high water flux and high mechanical strength, and can effectively prolong the service life of the membrane.
