Bryozoan Transcriptomes

The project uses transcriptomic datasets from diverse species of bryozoans to resolve evolutionary relationships among bryozoan clades and to test for evidence of positive selection among genes from bryozoan species occupying disparate ecological habitats.

本项目利用来自多种苔藓动物（bryozoans）的转录组数据集（transcriptomic datasets），旨在解析苔藓动物各支系间的演化关系，并检验栖息于不同生态栖息地的苔藓动物物种的基因中存在的正选择（positive selection）证据。
