Views on data privacy when shopping online Indonesia 2023

A 2023 survey conducted on online shopping in Indonesia found that around 43.17 percent of respondents were open to sharing basic information about themselves to ensure a seamless delivery process. Meanwhile, about 37.27 percent of participants were willing to share information for personalization purposes.
