The leave-one-out analysis plots for the causal relationships between dairy product intake and appendicular lean mass, low handgrip strength, and walking speed were created using the TwoSampleMR package in R version 4.4.0. The code used was `mr_leaveoneout_plot(leaveoneout_results = mr_leaveoneout(Mydata1))`. These plots include Supplementary Figure 2A: Cheese intake and appendicular lean mass; 2B: Cheese intake and low handgrip strength; 2C: Cheese intake and walking speed; 2D: Butter intake and walking speed.
