Comparison of gene expression pattern profiles of bone derived Ezh2 heterozygous (Het) mesenchymal cells versuss wild type mesenchymal cells isolated from young (3 month old; 3M) and aged (12 month old; 12M) mice. Overall design: RNAseq Comparisons (3 biological samples per group): Ezh2_WT_3M vs Ezh2_Het_3M; Ezh2_WT_3M vs Ezh2_WT_12M, Ezh2_Het_3M vs Ezh2_Het_12M, Ezh2_WT_12M vs Ezh2_Het_12M.
本数据集旨在对比取自年轻(3月龄,简称3M)与老年(12月龄,简称12M)小鼠的骨源性Ezh2杂合(heterozygous, Het)间充质细胞与野生型(wild type, WT)间充质细胞的基因表达模式谱。实验整体设计:采用RNA测序(RNA sequencing, RNAseq)开展组间比较,每组设置3个生物学重复,具体对比组合如下:Ezh2_WT_3M 与 Ezh2_Het_3M;Ezh2_WT_3M 与 Ezh2_WT_12M;Ezh2_Het_3M 与 Ezh2_Het_12M;Ezh2_WT_12M 与 Ezh2_Het_12M。
