Comparison of gene expression pattern profiles of bone derived Ezh2 heterozygous (Het) mesenchymal cells versuss wild type mesenchymal cells isolated from young (3 month old; 3M) and aged (12 month old; 12M) mice. Overall design: RNAseq Comparisons (3 biological samples per group): Ezh2_WT_3M vs Ezh2_Het_3M; Ezh2_WT_3M vs Ezh2_WT_12M, Ezh2_Het_3M vs Ezh2_Het_12M, Ezh2_WT_12M vs Ezh2_Het_12M.

本数据集旨在对比取自年轻（3月龄，简称3M）与老年（12月龄，简称12M）小鼠的骨源性Ezh2杂合（heterozygous, Het）间充质细胞与野生型（wild type, WT）间充质细胞的基因表达模式谱。实验整体设计：采用RNA测序（RNA sequencing, RNAseq）开展组间比较，每组设置3个生物学重复，具体对比组合如下：Ezh2_WT_3M 与 Ezh2_Het_3M；Ezh2_WT_3M 与 Ezh2_WT_12M；Ezh2_Het_3M 与 Ezh2_Het_12M；Ezh2_WT_12M 与 Ezh2_Het_12M。
