Expression data from lymphocytes from skin of pemphigus patients and healthy control

Total RNA from lymphocytes derived from skin lesions of three pemphigus patients and three healthy control subjects was used for this study. Elevated mRNA expression levels of the immune cells activation and chemotaxis were observed in pemphigus lesions. 6 samples were analyzed. Lymphocytes derived from skin lesions of three pemphigus patients and three healthy control subjects was used for this study.

本研究使用了从3名天疱疮（pemphigus）患者皮损来源的淋巴细胞以及3名健康对照者的淋巴细胞中提取的总RNA（total RNA）作为实验材料，共完成6份样本的分析。研究结果显示，天疱疮皮损中参与免疫细胞活化与趋化过程的mRNA（messenger RNA）表达水平显著升高。
