Oxygen consumption of Salpa fusiformis

Pyroscience oxygen optode data used to calculate RMR. Note, due to equipment failure at Sea, AE09 was used for endpoint analysis on multiple samples (i.e. i had to place the fiber optic cable on different oxygen spots to get end point resp data). Pcrit was calculated form AE01 and AE08.本数据集采用Pyroscience光纤氧传感器（oxygen optode）采集的数据，用于计算静息代谢率（RMR，Resting Metabolic Rate）。注：受海上实验期间设备故障影响，本次研究使用AE09对多个样本开展终点分析（即需将光纤线缆置于不同的氧气检测位点以获取终点呼吸数据）。临界氧压（Pcrit）通过AE01与AE08的数据集计算得到。
