Single cell sequencing of CD45+ PBMCs isolated from mice w/ or w/o H.felis infection

Single cell suspension of PBMCs was isolated from mice w/ or w/o H.felis infection and then flow-sorted to collect CD45+ immune cells. There were 4 mice in each library. Each cell suspension was subjected to 3' single-cell sequencing using 10x Chromium Controller with accompanying Chromium 3' CellPlex Kit.Libraries were sequenced on Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform.

从感染或未感染猫幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter felis，H.felis）的小鼠体内分离得到外周血单个核细胞（Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells，PBMCs）的单细胞悬液，随后通过流式分选获取CD45阳性免疫细胞。每个文库对应4只小鼠。每份细胞悬液均采用10x Chromium Controller及其配套的Chromium 3' CellPlex Kit进行3'端单细胞测序。所有文库均在Illumina NovaSeq 6000测序平台上完成测序。
