Transcriptomic profiling of polarized and myelin-phagocytosing human macrophages

This project investigates transcriptomic changes in human macrophages during polarization and myelin uptake using RNA-seq analysis of cells from three donors under five conditions (M0, M1, M2, mye(6h), mye(24h)).
