Transcriptomic profiling of polarized and myelin-phagocytosing human macrophages

This project investigates transcriptomic changes in human macrophages during polarization and myelin uptake using RNA-seq analysis of cells from three donors under five conditions (M0, M1, M2, mye(6h), mye(24h)).本研究通过对3名供体来源的人类巨噬细胞在5种培养条件（M0、M1、M2、mye(6h)、mye(24h)）下开展RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析，旨在探究其极化过程与髓鞘摄取过程中的转录组变化。
