Supply chain collaborative management for two-for-one twister equipment is a management model aiming to maximize the collaborative efficiency index, which achieves efficient operation of the entire supply chain by integrating resources of upstream and downstream enterprises and optimizing collaboration mechanisms. It integrates production capacity, technology and information sharing degree of each supply chain link to build a flexible supply network and rapidly respond to fluctuations in market demand. The analysis data for this collaborative management has the following application scenarios: 1. Internal enterprise operations: Through dynamic monitoring of the collaborative efficiency index, the production rhythm is automatically adjusted, and the system prioritizes allocating top-tier and premium-grade suppliers. 2. External enterprise operations: A hierarchical sharing mechanism is established, where premium-grade suppliers share their production plans, and top-tier suppliers share design drawings. Data collection: Data is collected from order transactions between this enterprise and various suppliers. The collected order data is processed via denoising, cleaning and preprocessing. Data details: The collected data includes the following items: - Oactual: actual completed order volume, sourced from the ERP system; - Oplan: planned order volume, sourced from the production schedule; - Ddelay: number of delayed delivery days, sourced from the logistics system; - Dtotal: total delivery lead time, sourced from contract agreements; - Sshare: supply chain information sharing degree, sourced from the collaborative platform; - Additionally, w1, w2 and w3 represent weight coefficients (with values of 0.2, 0.45 and 0.35 respectively), which are derived from expert evaluations. Collaborative efficiency index formula: The formula for calculating the collaborative efficiency index is E = w1 * Oactual / Oplan + w2 * (1 - Ddelay / Dtotal) + w3 * log₁₀(Sshare + 1), where E represents the collaborative efficiency index, and log₁₀ denotes the base-10 common logarithm in mathematics.
