Metagenomic sequencing of goat rumen microbiota

This study deals with the mining of metagenome of goat rumen microbiome for presence of thermoactive carbohydrate active enzymes.本研究针对山羊瘤胃微生物组（goat rumen microbiome）的宏基因组（metagenome）开展挖掘分析，以检测其中热活性碳水化合物活性酶（thermoactive carbohydrate active enzymes）的存在。
