These data accompany Coleman et al. (2021) Understanding and managing the interactive impacts of growth in urban land use and climate change on freshwater biota: a case study using the platypus (Ornithorhynchus anatinus). Global Change Biology <br>These data include:a) the netting (live-trapping) data (collected between 1995-2009 inclusive) and the environmental predictor data used for male-female platypus and female-only platypus model development (model-build-data.csv),b) the site weights data used for model development (model-build-site-weights.csv),c) the netting (live-trapping) data (collected between 2010-2019 inclusive) used for model validation (netting.validation.data) and <br>d) the eDNA data (collected between 2016-2018 inclusive) used for model validation (eDNA.validation.data.csv)<br><br>Australian Platypus Conservancy platypus netting (live-trapping) activities from late 1994 through mid-2007 were authorised by the Victorian Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) Wildlife Research Permits 94-186 through 10003545 and Victorian Fisheries Authority (VFA) Fisheries Permit RP 553. Cesar Australia platypus live-trapping activities after 2007 were authorised by the following permits Department of Environment and Primary Industries (DEPI) / Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources (DEDJTR) Wildlife & Small Animal Institutions AEC - 09.07, 17.10, 16.13, 24.16 Department of Sustainability and Environment (DSE) / DELWP Wildlife Research permit - 10004130, 10005488, 10006851, 10007966 and DEPI/DEDJTR Fisheries General Research permit - RP907.<br>
本数据集配套于Coleman等人2021年发表于《全球变化生物学》(Global Change Biology)的研究论文:《城市土地扩张与气候变化对淡水生物群落的交互影响及其管控——以鸭嘴兽(Ornithorhynchus anatinus)为研究案例》。
本数据集包含以下内容:
a) 1995年至2009年(含首尾年份)采集的网捕(活体诱捕)数据,以及用于构建雄雌鸭嘴兽、仅雌性鸭嘴兽种群模型的环境预测变量数据(model-build-data.csv);
b) 用于模型开发的样地权重数据(model-build-site-weights.csv);
c) 2010年至2019年(含首尾年份)采集的网捕(活体诱捕)数据,用于模型验证(netting.validation.data);
d) 2016年至2018年(含首尾年份)采集的环境DNA(environmental DNA, eDNA)数据,用于模型验证(eDNA.validation.data.csv)
1994年末至2007年中期的澳大利亚鸭嘴兽保护协会鸭嘴兽网捕(活体诱捕)活动,获得维多利亚州环境、土地、水与规划署(Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, DELWP)野生动物研究许可94-186至10003545,以及维多利亚州渔业管理局(Victorian Fisheries Authority, VFA)渔业许可RP 553。2007年后的Cesar澳大利亚鸭嘴兽活体诱捕活动,获得以下许可:
