METABOLOMIC DATA OF EGFR-TKI-SENSITIVE CELLS VS. EGFR-TKI-RESISTANCE CELLS

Epider growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI) acquired-resistance remains unknown. We determined a metabolomics profiling comparing EGFR-TKI-resistant cells to EGFR-TKI-sensitive cells using UPLC-QTOF-MS.

表皮生长因子受体-酪氨酸激酶抑制剂（epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitor，EGFR-TKI）的获得性耐药机制迄今尚未阐明。本研究采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱（UPLC-QTOF-MS），对EGFR-TKI耐药细胞与敏感细胞开展了代谢组学特征对比分析。
