16S rRNA sequencing, high-fat diet-fed mice

Eight male C57BL6/J mice (6-7 weeks old) were fed a high-fat diet (56.7% of calories from fat). The mice were divided into two groups (n=4 per group). One group was injected intraperitoneally with 10 mg/kg of PBS daily (#1-4). The other was injected with indigo leaf extract (#5-8). After 4 weeks, fecal samples were collected and 16S rRNA sequencing was performed.

选取8只6~7周龄的雄性C57BL/6J小鼠，喂食脂肪供能占比56.7%的高脂饲料。将小鼠随机分为两组，每组4只。其中一组每日腹腔注射10mg/kg的磷酸盐缓冲液（PBS）（编号1~4），另一组每日注射蓝叶提取物（编号5~8）。饲养4周后收集粪便样本，并开展16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）测序。
