Microbiomics data sets in the mouse cecal contents

The present study was GV-971 (400 mpk, HG) pretreatment of caerulein and lipopolysaccharide-induced severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) mice and the study was divided into three groups (n = 8/group), control group (CON), model group (SAP), and treatment group (HG+SAP). The data used mouse cecal contents as a sample to detect the intestinal microbiota.

本研究对雨蛙素联合脂多糖诱导的重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）小鼠给予GV-971（400 mpk，HG）预处理。实验共分为三组，每组n=8，分别为对照组（CON）、模型组（SAP组）及治疗组（HG+SAP组）。本研究以小鼠盲肠内容物为样本，开展肠道菌群检测相关实验。
