Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is one of the most lethal malignancies with poor response to immune checkpoint inhibitors. The mechanism of such poor response is not completely understood. We assessed T-cell receptor (TCR) repertoire and RNA expression at the single-cell level using high-dimensional sequencing of peripheral blood immune cells isolated from PDAC patients and from healthy human controls.胰腺导管腺癌（Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, PDAC）是致死性最强的恶性肿瘤之一，对免疫检查点抑制剂的应答效果不佳，其内在机制尚未完全阐明。本研究对从PDAC患者与健康对照个体中分离得到的外周血免疫细胞进行高维测序，在单细胞层面评估了T细胞受体（T-cell receptor, TCR）库与RNA表达水平。
