核心会员:消费金额≥a1、消费次数≥b1,消费周期≤c1,对店铺贡献最大;
普通会员:a2≤消费金额<a1、b2≤消费次数<b1,c1<消费周期≤c2,保持一定频率和额度的消费,是稳定客户群。
轻度睡眠会员:a3≤消费金额<a2、b3≤消费次数<b2,c2<消费周期≤c3,消费频率有所下降,但仍偶有购买。

This dataset determines member tier classification by analyzing the consumption amount, purchase frequency, and consumption cycle of members from the No. 2 Xinhua Road Store of Jiuzhou Pharmacy. It can not only be used for store member classification management, personalized precision marketing, and formulation of service optimization strategies, but also serve enterprises or institutions related to the pharmaceutical industry with demand for analyzing consumer behavior patterns and consumption capacity, such as similar pharmaceutical e-commerce and retail enterprises, health management and consulting service institutions, pharmaceutical research and development and production enterprises, financial institutions and insurance companies, etc.
1. Data Source
Data was collected on members, consumption time, consumption amount and other relevant data from the No. 2 Xinhua Road Store of Jiuzhou Pharmacy in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.
2. Data Processing
Based on the collected data, this study analyzes the consumption amount (total expenditure of members within the statistical cycle), purchase frequency (statistics of members' purchase frequency), and consumption cycle (analysis of the time interval between member consumptions to judge their activity level) of the store's members over a one-year statistical cycle, and divides members into five tiers based on the above parameters:
- Core Members: with consumption amount ≥ a1, purchase frequency ≥ b1, and consumption cycle ≤ c1, who make the greatest contribution to the store;
- Ordinary Members: with a2 ≤ consumption amount < a1, b2 ≤ purchase frequency < b1, c1 < consumption cycle ≤ c2, who maintain consumption at a certain frequency and amount, forming a stable customer group;
- Light Sleep Members: with a3 ≤ consumption amount < a2, b3 ≤ purchase frequency < b2, c2 < consumption cycle ≤ c3, who have a decline in purchase frequency but still make occasional purchases;
- Moderate Sleep Members: with a3 ≤ consumption amount < a2, b3 ≤ purchase frequency < b2, c2 < consumption cycle ≤ c3, who have extended consumption intervals and significantly reduced purchase frequency;
- Deep Sleep Members: with 0 ≤ consumption amount < a3, purchase frequency < b3, c3 < consumption cycle ≤ 12, who have not made any purchases for a long time and are almost inactive;
- Severe Sleep Members: with consumption amount of 0 yuan, purchase frequency of 0 times, and consumption cycle > 12, who are less active than Deep Sleep Members and require special reactivation strategies.
The specific values of a1, a2, a3 (consumption amount thresholds), b1, b2, b3 (purchase frequency thresholds), and c1, c2, c3 (consumption cycle thresholds) are trade secrets of the applicant enterprise.
