This dataset supports the study "Quantum Tech and Security Rhetoric: A Comparison of Parliamentary Debates." It includes verbatim parliamentary speech excerpts (2010-2024) from Australia, the UK, the US, the EU, and Singapore, scored by large language models for four dimensions (Economic Framing, Risk Perception, Security Emphasis, Geopolitical Competitiveness), alongside BERTopic modeling outputs and documentation. 本数据集为研究论文《量子技术与安全修辞：议会辩论比较研究》提供支撑。其包含2010年至2024年间澳大利亚、英国、美国、欧盟及新加坡的议会发言逐字摘录文本，并由大语言模型（Large Language Model, LLM）从四大维度进行评分，分别为经济框架（Economic Framing）、风险感知（Risk Perception）、安全关注度（Security Emphasis）以及地缘政治竞争力（Geopolitical Competitiveness）；此外还附带BERTopic建模输出结果与相关文档。数据集包含以下文件：
