ChIP sequencing of BATF2 in human astrocytes treated with interferon-gamma

Commercially available (ScienCell Research Laboratories) primary human spinal cord astrocytes were treated with 10ng/ml interferon-gamma for 24 hours and chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing was performed commercially by Active Motif Services using a validated antibody to BATF2 (Proteintech).

本研究使用的原代人脊髓星形胶质细胞（primary human spinal cord astrocytes）购自ScienCell Research Laboratories，经10ng/ml γ干扰素（interferon-gamma）处理24小时后，由Active Motif Services使用Proteintech生产的针对BATF2的经验证抗体完成染色质免疫沉淀测序（chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing）。
