Gene expression profiling (compared to healthy controls) to identify patients with active SLE disease and patients with quiescent disease Overall design: 157 “SLE” and 20 “Healthy controls of SLE were followed up for up to 3 years. Clinical assessment, current treatment, laboratory results and SLEDAI score were collected at each visit (V1, V2...). SLE patients are compared to control groups.
本数据集通过基因表达谱分析(与健康对照群体对比),用于鉴别活动性系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者与静息性SLE患者。
研究设计:共纳入157名SLE患者及20名健康对照者,随访周期最长达3年。在每次随访(V1、V2等)时,均采集临床评估数据、当前治疗方案、实验室检测结果及系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动指数(SLEDAI)评分。后续将SLE患者与对照群体开展对比分析。
