本数据集通过基因表达谱分析（与健康对照群体对比），用于鉴别活动性系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者与静息性SLE患者。
研究设计：共纳入157名SLE患者及20名健康对照者，随访周期最长达3年。在每次随访（V1、V2等）时，均采集临床评估数据、当前治疗方案、实验室检测结果及系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动指数（SLEDAI）评分。后续将SLE患者与对照群体开展对比分析。
