Vortex model and output: Dynamics of neutral genes and genes under selection and their implication for threatened species translocations

Vortex model files (.xml) and R objects (.rds) of output file containing raw data output from the Vortex model.WoylieStochastic_Genetics_Selection_MockPopulations.xml is the population model.The .gen output of this model is provided in the gen.rds file. The gen file contains the allele frequencies and probabilities of persistence of founder alleles at the end of the simulations.The Genetics_Selection_Model_initial_allelefreq_mock_pops.txt contains the allele frequencies with which the model was initialized.

本数据集包含两类文件：一类为源自Vortex模型（Vortex model）原始数据输出结果的Vortex模型文件（格式为.xml），另一类为对应的R对象文件（格式为.rds）。其中WoylieStochastic_Genetics_Selection_MockPopulations.xml为该数据集的种群模型文件。该模型的.gen格式输出结果存储于gen.rds文件中，此文件包含模拟结束时的等位基因频率以及奠基者等位基因的存续概率。Genetics_Selection_Model_initial_allelefreq_mock_pops.txt文件则存储了该模型初始化阶段所使用的初始等位基因频率。
