Data for the paper - The Prognosis in Palliative care Study II (PiPS2): a prospective observational validation study of a prognostic tool with an embedded qualitative evaluation

This is an anonymised dataset from the PiPS2 study. It contains the data required to calculate PiPSA and PiPS-B prognostic scores and risk categories, accompanied by clinician predictions of survival and actual survival.
