Band structure of KTaO3 two dimensional electron gas: ARPES data and tight binding fits

The dataset contains the angle resolved photoemission spectroscopy measurements of the band structure of the two dimensional electron gas generated at the KTaO3/Al interface. Both dispersion and constant energy maps near the Fermi level are provided.

The experimental data are complemented with tight binding fits (eight bands).

本数据集收录了在钽酸钾（KTaO3）/铝（Al）界面处生成的二维电子气（two dimensional electron gas）的能带结构的角分辨光电子能谱（angle resolved photoemission spectroscopy）测量数据，涵盖费米能级附近的能带色散与等能图。
该实验数据辅以八能带紧束缚拟合（tight binding fits）结果。
