LPS-induced systemic inflammation mediates a protective action on ischemic injury via microglia. We used RNA sequencing analysis (RNA-seq) to gain molecular insights into microglia-mediated protection of cerebral infarction. Overall design: We isolated CD11b+ cells from LPS-treatd mice or saline-treated mice 7 days after staritng administration using magnetic-activated cell sorting (MACS) procedure.
脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导的全身性炎症可通过小胶质细胞介导对缺血性损伤的保护作用。本研究采用RNA测序(RNA-seq)技术,旨在解析小胶质细胞介导的脑梗死保护作用的分子机制。实验设计:本研究于给药开始后7天,采用磁激活细胞分选(magnetic-activated cell sorting,MACS)技术,从LPS处理组小鼠及生理盐水处理组小鼠中分离CD11b阳性细胞。
