红外可见分光光度计是根据物质在红外光区的吸收光谱特性和Lambert-Beer定律对,测量物质对不同波长单色辐射的吸收程度,进行定量分析的仪器。分为光学零位平衡式和比例记录式两类。光学零位平衡式仪器是把调制光信号检测与放大后,用以驱动参比光路上的光学衰减器,使两束光的能量达到零平衡。比例记录式仪器是把调制光信号检测与放大后分离,通过测量两个电信号的比例而得到样品的透射比。检测该仪器的主要标准器有:聚苯乙烯标准片等。检测能力:波数:(200~800)cm-1。

Infrared-visible spectrophotometers are instruments used for quantitative analysis, which measure the absorption intensity of substances to monochromatic radiation of different wavelengths based on the absorption spectral characteristics of substances in the infrared region and the Lambert-Beer Law. They are divided into two categories: optical null-balance type and ratio-recording type. Optical null-balance instruments detect and amplify the modulated optical signal, then drive the optical attenuator on the reference light path to achieve zero balance of the energy of the two light beams. Ratio-recording instruments detect and amplify the modulated optical signal, then separate the signal to generate two electrical signals, and obtain the transmittance of the sample by measuring the ratio of these two electrical signals. The main standard instruments for calibrating this type of spectrophotometer include polystyrene standard sheets, etc. Calibration capability: Wavenumber range: (200–800) cm⁻¹.
